Refund & Return Policy

Returns:
We accept returns only in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or fault. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return:
To start the return process, please reach out to us at “support@handlymattress.com”Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions for sending the item back. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the return request has not been made in advance.

Mattress Returns:
Mattresses are delivered in sealed hygiene bags and cannot be returned once the seal is broken. However, any faulty mattresses are covered under a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Because mattresses are a personal choice, we cannot guarantee that any mattress will be a perfect fit for you. We encourage you to choose carefully, as hygienic reasons prevent us from accepting returns simply because the mattress is not the right fit.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any defects or issues, contact us immediately at “support@handlymattress.com” with photos of the damage. We will address defective or incorrect items as a priority.

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges:
All our products are custom-made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons related to personal preference.

Refunds:
Once we receive and assess your returned item, we will notify you if it qualifies for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Bed Returns:
Beds are also made to order and cannot be returned, unless authorized by management. In such cases, a handling fee of AED 550 may apply.
